My name is Zahra, and I'm an Islamic Life Coach focusing on Emotional Intelligence
For many years, I myself struggled with my sensitive nature in relationships.
I yearned for deeper connection with Allah (swt) and felt unheard in my personal connections. Add to it the pressure of being a new mum, it was easy to take out my frustration, stress and overwhelm on others who were not the cause of it. It took me a long time to understand that sometimes we just aren't equipped to look at the causes of these reactions and dig deeper into what we need to heal to overcome them. After all, with Emotional Intelligence comes the emotional maturity to feel and manage emotions whilst responding with logic and rationale.
It was a challenging time, but it also fueled my passion to find solutions and help others.
That's why I created the services I wish I had back then.
I combine my own journey, with extensive training in:
- Life Coaching,
- Emotional Intelligence,
- NLP techniques,
- Positive Psychology
- Islamic Psychology
Combined with actively studying Islam, I've developed tools and techniques to help Muslim women cultivate healthier, happier relationships—both with themselves and with others.
I understand what it's like to be spinning too many plates and still showing up as the mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend you want to be.
I understand that you don't want your ibaadah to only be centered around the help and guidance you need out of negativity but to also have positive conversations with Allah (swt) full of appreciation and gratitude.
I understand the unique challenges Muslimahs face in navigating relationships while staying true to their faith.
My coaching empowers you to build communication skills, strengthen emotional connection, and experience the joy of fulfilling relationships built on mutual understanding and love for Allah (swt).

I took part in Zahra's emotional coaching over 6 weeks and I can’t recommend it enough. Zahra was so easy to relate to and open up with. She explained things very clearly using personal examples. As a mum of young children with a similar background, she understood my circumstances and why I found some aspects of emotional health difficult. She asked questions to deepen my understanding of myself and my emotions and let me take the lead. She doesn't give a one fit all plan, she sets personal targets/goals and let's you decide the best options you need to follow. I enjoyed how Zahra gets you to open up over the weeks and makes you comfortable. Each week she focused on a different aspect of emotional intelligence. From the first week she makes you realise how your mind works and handles different situations and how our reactions and responses to these are so important..
Zahra went through different negative emotions and how they affect a person negatively. I really related to how she beautifully tied the session with various hadith and ayah from the quran. My deen is a huge part of me and the fact she included it as part of the course and in the toolkit too was brilliant. It really helped me focus on what I need to improve and help myself.
I enjoyed how Zahra gets you to open up over the weeks and makes you comfortable. Each week she focused on a different aspect of emotional intelligence. From the first week she makes you realise how your mind works and handles different situations and how our reactions and responses to these are so important, this was a great eye opener as she got me to question what areas are my strengths and weaknesses. We set measurable goals and she made me question how I can best get there. Zahra went over different negative emotions and their affect on our day to day lives. She questioned which ones affect me the most and gave some brilliant toolkit pointers. This got me to really think about what I am already doing to help myself and what I can do further to meet my goals. The sessions on people pleasing and creating boundaries were brilliant. The tips Zahra gave increased my confidence in drawing boundaries in relationships. She also made me realise I need to take small steps and I won't get to perfect straight away. The tips and knowledge she gave me were invaluable. I feel I am a much calmer individual and have Zahra to thank for that. My emotional health has improved greatly, I am already a happier person and am moving forward.
Alhamdulliah I'm grateful to have come across sister Zahra and being able to take part in this program, it has brought many changes to my life as I am in control of my emotions and I know how to handle myself in situations. At first i was hesitant in taking part in this program but I it was after watching a video by sister Zahra made me change my mind. Also when I first spoke to her I felt a huge relief of my shoulders and just by speaking to her I knew I wanted to go ahead, she made me feel relaxed and understood me.
Alhamdulliah after speaking to sister Zahra and implementing the advises she gave me not only did I see a change in myself but my husband did too, which was win-win for me. I was becoming a calmer person and instead of getting annoyed at my husband, I was able to speak to him in calm manner and look at the situation in a different light.
Within the first few sessions of the program I felt like I was a different person. I was able to share things with sister Zahra that I've never spoken to anyone about, I built my confidence again and I was able to repair my relationship.
I'm really grateful for sister Zahra for allowing me to join the program and help me bring about the changes without her I wouldn't have found my self worth.
I had an amazing experience with Sister Zahra, in the Pathway to Emotional Regulation program. I felt an instant connection in the masterclass and then spoke to her on the discovery call. I felt instantly it was something that I would benefit from. Before the program, I lacked emotional awareness, emotional stability and emotional wellbeing. I didn't have the vocabulary to label emotions and was experiencing my own emotional energy and others emotional energy without being able to step back and understand. I felt heard and understood in my needs and what I lacked, to establish a routine that has been very beneficial for me. I could speak to Sister Zahra freely, it was very uplifting and helpful particularly connecting the education back to Islam and the Quran and Hadith. The unexpected positives are that I feel much more confident in myself, having the mindset and connection to my emotions has made me feel more stable and have more positive experiences with myself and others.
It has been a great experience thus far! There are so many gems that you have shared with me that have been a source of healing. There are many actionable tools and steps that you have provided for me so far which I have been implemented right away.
I enjoyed setting goals that I know I've always wanted to tackle in many aspects of my life. These were not easy goals for me to set, but I guess that is the point. I am thankful alhamdulilah that we were also able to address some issues I've been dealing with right away and it felt relieving for me.
